What three things have to happen before you begin planning your wedding? #1. You said yes to the big question! #2 You set a wedding date. #3 You chose your venue that had your date available. Now what? It is overwhelming how much planning and coordination goes into planning your wedding. You have to decide on food, color palette, decorations, lighting, music, tables, chairs, dishes, silverware, flowers, and the cake.
This should be a joyous time and not stressful. Yes, there is a lot to decide but when you have skilled professional vendors that produce 80 weddings in a season, like Classic Catering & Events, all your worries can be settled.
Our in house coordinator, Cheri, has been coordinating events for 10 years. She has worked in the event business even longer and has begun the art of arranging flowers. “I fell into arranging because clients would see an arrangement at a tasting and tell me I want my flowers to look like that. I had made the arrangements for the tablescapes and offered my services. I was already coordinating their event so it seemed like a natural fit, especially because Classic Catering was their caterer and rental provider.”
Cheri has created the arrangements for the tablescapes, as well as bouquets, and boutonnieres. Adding floral to our repertoire allows us to create a cohesive event design for our customers. Cheri is able to see all of the design elements of the event and orchestrate their placement in the set up process. She is in touch with each department at Classic Catering & Events. This ability is unique to a full service event company because we are one company with one goal. To create an event for our client so they can fully participate in their wedding as a guest not a hostess or host!
