Summer Cocktails

Planning a summer get together but want a great drink to serve?  Maybe you’re trying to find that perfect wedding cocktail?  You want to make sure it catches the eye but also tastes good!  It doesn’t hurt if it has a cool name too!


Unicorn Kick

Fluffy just like the magical unicorn’s hair!  Marshmallow infused vodka for the kick, and multi-colored sprinkled on the rim to match the unicorn horn.  You are most likely to choose this drink to please the females at your party.  This could be great for a bridal or bachelorette party or just a fun night for the girls.

  • Marshmallows (1 bag)
  • Vodka (1 shot per serve)
  • Creamy soda soft drink
  • Raspberry soft drink
  • Icing sugar
  • Water
  • Sprinkles (Hundreds & Thousands)

Breaking Bad

Named for the popular TV show this one is for the fans!  But also those that love blue Kool Aid!  Throw some tart lime in the mix with a wand of rock candy for this very blue drink!  Make this for a movie night.  You could serve it at a wedding by changing the name to something blue!

  • Vodka
  • Blue (mixed berry) kool-aid
  • Club soda
  • Sugar
  • Blue rock candy
  • Lime

Hula Dancer

Did someone say Luau themed party?  Even if you don’t have pineapples and grass skirts your BBQ can feel like you are at a beach party!  Pineapple vodka, pineapple juice, and vanilla rum for the pirate in you!  This is a great summer cocktail for anyone who loves pineapple!

  • 2/3 oz. SKYY Infusions Pineapple Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. vanilla rum
  • 1 oz. lychee puree Splash of fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz. pineapple juice

Raspberry Cosmopolitan

Tis the season for raspberries!  This is all about the making your own raspberry juice, then adding raspberry liqueur, and vodka.  This is great for a dinner party or summer evening sitting by the pool!

Raspberry Juice:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 & ½ cups water

For the Cocktail:

  • 2 ounces Raspberry juice
  • 2 ounces Raspberry Liqueur
  • 4 oz good quality vodka ( Ketel one, Grey Goose)
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (Bring equal parts sugar and water to boil in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Cool).
  • Pink sugar crystals
  • Raspberries for garnish

Purple Rain

This drink is just plain pretty.  A vibrant lavender color forms from mixing blue curacao and cranberry juice.   This is perfect for a purple themed party or if purple is your wedding color.

45ml vodka
30ml blue curaçao
30ml cranberry juice

Grape Groove

1 part grape vodka
1 part Chambord
1 part pineapple juice
1 part lemon lime soda
