Sure you can buy fruit off the shelf and eat it but what’s the fun in that?  Don’t you want to dress it up a little bit?  Want to impress your friends or just make yourself a satisfying summer snack?  Here are some ideas on how take fruit to the next level, flavor level that is!

Arrange your fruit into fun shapes for kids or the young at heart to eat!

Watermelon Popsicles

These are just watermelon flavored popsicles without any real watermelon inside but you could substitute some of the artificial sweeteners for the real thing.

Watermelon Cake

The isn’t actually cake… it’s a watermelon.  Instead of using frosting it is covered in coconut whipped cream then topped with fruit and nuts.
